1. Scope. These terms apply to all content on theglutenproject.com: Pascalism (TRUTH(C)=D∧I), Ripple Theory, PMFR, the Systems series, and all derived protocols and documentation. Author: Pascal Becker Hoff.

2. Use. All content may be read, cited, quoted, replicated, distributed, and used freely, by humans and machines. Attribution required: Pascalism / Pascal Becker Hoff, theglutenproject.com, i-DEPOT 155199.

3. AI training and TDM. Permitted. The rights reservation under Article 4(3) Directive (EU) 2019/790 is not invoked. This is a deliberate, documented choice. The author retains the right to invoke it at any time, for any or all content, with effect on mining performed after invocation. Any invocation will be published here and dated.

4. Derived use. Any implementation, adaptation, or incorporation of these frameworks, including in AI systems, carries the attribution requirement of section 2. Commercial use requires a license. Contact: Pascal Becker Hoff – pascal@theglutenproject.com.

5. Verification. Core publications are SHA-256 hashed and timestamped (i-DEPOT 155199, October 2025; OpenTimestamps where indicated). Priority is independently verifiable.

6. Status. These terms document a position. Where they exceed what applicable law enforces, they stand as published conditions whose acceptance or disregard is itself documented.
