The Ripple Theory
Ripple Theory is the ontological ground beneath Pascalism.
Where Pascalism is the method for testing truth (TRUTH(C) = D ∧ I), Ripple Theory is the underlying ontology that explains why the method works, and why certain truths stay silent while others propagate.
The core claim is one statement: transfer is the only quantity. What we call matter, energy, information, behaviour, institutions, and ideas are readings of transfer at different scales. Nothing rests. What looks like balance is direction held long enough that the observer cannot distinguish it from stillness. From that claim follow three operational formulas: R = f(S, I, C) for the audibility of claims, T = ΔR for time as the measurement of energy in motion, and a tensor of observed reality in which spatial and informational transfer meet.
Together with Pascalism, Ripple Theory forms a three-layer diagnostic that tests claims on truth (D), intent (I), and control-investment (Ripple). This makes legible the difference between an honest claim, propaganda, a mistake, and truth with managed framing. The method was already applied in the Monarchy and System IV testcases before it was explicitly named.

A claim is valid only if it survives destruction (D) and contains no internal contradiction (I).
Both must hold. No exceptions. No exemptions for power.
