The Ripple Theory

Ripple Theory is ongoing work on transfer and propagation: how claims, ideas and signals move, and why some are heard while others are not.

Its core claim is that transfer is the only quantity. What we call matter, energy, information, behaviour, institutions and ideas are readings of transfer at different scales. Nothing rests. What looks like balance is direction held long enough that the observer cannot tell it from stillness.

Its operational formula for audibility is R = f(S, I, C): whether a claim is heard depends on its source, the interference along its path, and the context it moves through.

Ripple Theory is separate from Pascalism. Earlier versions presented it as the ground beneath Pascalism and as part of a three-layer diagnostic that included intent. Pascalism 3.0 withdrew that coupling: the method stands on its own and does not test intent. Those sections of Ripple Theory v3.0 are superseded. They may still prove useful in future work.
